　　本产品适用于安装在输送可燃性沼气气体的管道和储罐上，防止在非正常情况下火焰于管道中的逆向传播，以避免灾难性事故的发生。阻火盘采用不锈钢材料制造，耐腐蚀易清洗。壳体采用不锈钢，碳钢、铝合金及铸钢多种材料，可满足各种不同工艺管道的需要。生产的防爆波纹沼气管道阻火器，具有结构紧凑、可靠性高，阻火芯件防爆、防腐、阻火性能强、便于清洗等优点。

2、产品特点：
本产品是利用金属波纹盘之间狭缝间隙，对管道中传播的亚音速或超音速火焰具有淬熄作用的原理设计制造的，本产品的连接法兰按HG20595-97凹凸面带颈对焊钢制管法兰设计制造，用户需选用其它标准的连接法兰，请在订货中予以说明,对于PN＞4.0MPa的气体阻火器，本厂也可设计制造,产品结构示意图如下：

3、产品条件：

工作温度≤400℃
工作压力：1.0-4.0Mpa
壳体材质：碳钢、铝合金、不锈钢：SUS304、SUS304L、SUS316、SUS316L。
防爆级别：BS5501：IIA、IIB、IIC。
制造、检测标准：按GB5908-86标准执行； 法兰标准：HG20592~97PN1.0。
订货时请注明阻火器的介质、型号、规格、压力、材质等
